We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-app tracking or third-party targeted advertising. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Kehilla, including hosting and database providers, push notification and email providers, map services, sign-in providers, and Apple or Google for subscription processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Permissions and your choices

You can update profile information and visibility, manage notification preferences, and remove content you control from the relevant app screens where available.

5. Retention and account deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Kehilla, protect the community, maintain subscription and transaction records, comply with law, and resolve disputes. You can submit an account-deletion request in the app under Settings. Once approved, the account and related personal and business data are deleted or de-identified. Some limited records may be retained when legally required or necessary for fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, safety, or dispute handling.
